FRP hand lay-up products are molded by deep immersion of glass fiber cloth and unsaturated polyester resin under the action of curing agent. Hand lay-up products are often used in the processing of rregular products.
Its glass fiber cloth composition has good mechanical properties, the strength of FRP hand lay-up products is higher, suitable for applications with high strength requirements.

For acids, alkalis, organic solvents and salts and other corrosive environments, it has superior corrosion resistance.
Excellent flame retardancy,up to ASTME84 grade I flame retardant standard,oxygen index can reach more than 35.
The standard concave surface anti-slip design greatly increases the friction coefficient. According to the special environmental requirements, the anti-slip sand surface can be designed for reliable safety.
It has excellent weather resistance and still has excellent strength after long-term use in most environments.
Bright color, not easy to fade, no need for any maintenance procedures, if the surface is tarnished, only need to wipe with water or detergent can be removed.
The material itself is an insulating material, which is used in an electrically hazardous environment and has good safety.
The maintenance cost of metal products is about 4~5 times of the initial acquisition cost, and the maintenance cost of this product is almost zero.
